How it works

1

Our team reviews your reservation. You'll get a text and email with your confirmed pickup or delivery time.

3

Quick safety briefing

A 10-minute orientation covers the bike, the route, helmet fit, and lock use. Then you're rolling.

Common questions

Who can borrow a bike?

Anyone 18 or older who lives in Bingen or White Salmon. We confirm with a photo of your driver's license or state ID. No credit check, no fees.

Is there a cost or deposit?

The bikes are free. We may collect a small refundable deposit at checkout to cover damage — returned in full when the bike comes back in good condition.

What's included with the bike?

Helmet (sized for you), lock, lights, and a quick orientation. Trailers are available on request for hauling kids, groceries, or gear.

What if I crash it or it breaks?

Call us — we'll come get you. Mechanical issues are our problem, not yours, as long as you weren't doing tricks on it. We carry insurance on the fleet.

Can I drive a cargo bike with kids?

Yes. Our cargo bikes are built for child seats and trailers. We'll show you how to load and balance, and we have helmets for kids of all sizes.
